0.5 bunch Thai basil

1 tbsp capers

1 tbsp sesame oil

2 spring onions

0.5 red chilli

350 g fresh salmon

300 g fresh tuna

Chef's tip

The Thai basil can be replaced with coriander. You can serve the tartare with mesclun salad and mango slices. You can also serve with wasabi mayonnaise (find the recipe on the App) and / or add 1/4 chopped cucumber to add some crunch.

RECIPE STEPS

Wash the herbs, strip the leaves from the stalk and roughly chop.

Peel and quarter the onions.

Fit the food processing bowl and put the onions in it. Press Pulse several times.

Cut the salmon and the tuna into pieces. Remove the seeds from the chilli.

Add the ingredients to the bowl and press Pulse several times.

If the fish has not been chopped properly, scrape down the wall of the bowl and press Pulse several times.

Sprinkle with lemon juice and empty the metal bowl into a container.

Use a cookie cutter (6 to 8 cm in diameter) to help shape the tartare.

Refrigerate the tartare for 1 hour.
