0.5 bunch parsley

500 ml water

500 ml semi-skimmed milk

200 g carrot

200 g tinned tuna

200 ml single cream

4 eggs

10 g butter

1 pinch pepper

If you are making a lot of flans and need extra cooking space; you can place some in a bain-marie and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.

RECIPE STEPS

Pour 0.5 L water into the metal bowl and fit the steamer basket. Cut the carrots into small chunks and place in the steamer basket. Run the program.
  • 500 ml water
  • 200 g carrot

When the program has finished, discard the water and finely dice the carrots.

Place the ingredients into the metal bowl. Run the program.
  • 200 ml single cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 200 g tinned tuna
  • 500 ml semi-skimmed milk

Butter small ramekins and fill with the tuna cream. Put the carrots and finely sliced parsley on top.

Fill the metal bowl with 0.5 L water and place the ramekins in the steamer basket. Run the program.
