For a grapefruit granita, replace the lemon with grapefruit juice and 15g of zest. For an orange granita, replace the lemon with orange juice and 15g of zest.
RECIPE STEPS

Bring the water and sugar to a boil in a saucepan to make a syrup.
Leave to cool completely.

- 110 g sugar

Squeeze the four lemons and take the zest from two lemons.
Add the lemon juice and zest to the cooled sugar syrup, whisking thoroughly.

Place the mixture in the fridge until it is cold.
Pass the mixture through a sieve to remove the zest before churning.

Press the Granita mode.
Pour the mixture into the Gelato Expert.

When the light flashes, your granita is ready.
Serve your granita immediately or store it in the freezer.
