60 ml strong espresso coffee

2 tbsp cane sugar or maple syrup

4 scoops coffee ice cream

100 ml single cream

RECIPE STEPS

Put the cream in the freezer for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, brew your cup of espresso coffee and allow it to cool.

  • 100 ml single cream

Add the cooled coffee, syrup, cream and ice cream to the Blender. Run the programme: Desserts.
