60 g sandwich bread

2 small spring onions

40 g anchovies in olive oil

2 leaves mint

200 ml milk

200 ml olive oil

100 g cucumber

50 g green olives

4 leaves basil

2 tbsp mascarpone cream

0.5 lemon

1 pinch freshly ground pepper

RECIPE STEPS

Soak the bread in the milk.
  • 60 g sandwich bread
  • 200 ml milk

Peel and roughly chop the cucumber.
  • 100 g cucumber

Peel and halve the onions. Juice the lemon.
  • 2 small spring onions
  • 0.5 lemon

Starting with the liquids, add all the ingredients to the Blender. Run the programme: Soups.

  • 100 g cucumber
  • 50 g green olives
  • 4 leaves basil

  • 0.5 lemon

If necessary, you can add a little more milk to achieve a thinner consistency. Serve chilled.
