broccoli and stilton soup

SERVES 6 :
2 small fresh broccoli, roughly chopped, including stalks
2 small onions, peeled and quartered
1 medium potato, peeled and roughly chopped
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 chicken stock cube
600 ml water
150 g blue Stilton
- 1- Prepare all of your ingredients.
- 2- Add all your ingredients, except the blue cheese, to the metal bowl and the CREAMED SOUP program.
- 3- With roughly 5 minutes to go, add the blue cheese. Let the program finish.
- 4- Once the program has finished, serve.
CHEF’S TIP :
This is a really thick and creamy soup – if you want the soup to be a little less creamy you could add a little more water to the recipe. Adjust the amount of cheese to suit your taste.
