125 ml soy or almond milk

150 g hulled strawberries

110 g sliced banana

25 g rolled oats

1 tbsp linseeds

1 tbsp agave syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

40 g muesli of your choice

2 chopped strawberries

2 g banana chips

1 tbsp sunflower seeds

RECIPE STEPS

Add all the ingredients (except the toppings), starting with the liquid, in the Blender. Run the programme: Smoothie.
  • 125 ml soy or almond milk
  • 110 g sliced banana
  • 1 tbsp linseeds
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 150 g hulled strawberries
  • 25 g rolled oats

Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the muesli, strawberries, banana chips and sunflower seeds on top.

  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
