200 ml reduced fat single cream
40 g sugar
1 egg white
250 g frozen blueberries

Add the ingredients into the Blender and run the programme to obtain a smooth mixture:

You can use the spatula to help combine the mixture.

For an even creamier consistency, turn the selector to speed 3 just before the end.

It was not in the correct ice cream texture after blending, so I needed to put it into the freezer. Also, many recipes on the internet does not include egg whites, why is it there 🤔

Tasty. couldn’t find reduced fat cream so used normal single cream. took more blending than instructions. will definitely make again. hit with the family.
