1 sachet of baking powder (11 g)
125 g of nuts
225 g of butter
125 g of caster sugar
75 g of sugar

200 g of blackberries

RECIPE STEPS

Heat the oven to 180°C.

Put the nuts into the metal bowl and run the program.

Set aside.
Roughly chop the butter and put it into the metal bowl. Run the program.

Add the ingredients and run the program until large, sticky crumbs form.

Put half the crumbs into a buttered and floured cake tin, pressing down firmly.

Fit the food processing bowl and the midi bowl with the 4mm slicing disc.
Peel the apples and slice them by running the program.

Lay the apple slices and blackberries on top and sprinkle with sugar.
Sprinkle the remaining crumbs over the fruit.

Bake in the oven for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes – the streusel should be golden brown and the fruit bubbling.

Remove and cool for 10 minutes before turning out.
Serve warm or cold.
