570 | g fresh mango |
4 | tbsp honey |
115 | g plain yoghurt |
Juice of 2 limes |

Zest of 2 limes |
1 | Add all the ingredients to the blender jug. |
2 | Blend using the SMOOTHIE setting for 30 seconds. If any lumps remain, blend for a further 30 seconds. |
3 | Transfer the mixture to a bowl and chill in the fridge for 4 hours. |
4 | Turn on the Gelato Expert by pressing the Freezer unit button. After approx. 5 minutes the bowl should be ready for use. |
5 | Press the Gelato programme and once the paddle begins to turn pour in the mixture. |
6 | When the mixture had almost finished churning, add in the lime zest. |
7 | Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container and place in the freezer for later use. |
