- 1- Place the bones of the leftover roast chicken into the metal bowl along with any vegetables you have, such as onions, carrots and celery, and cover with cold water.
- 2- Run the SIMMERING programme for 2 hours/speed 1A/95°C. You can run the programme again if desired, as a general rule the longer it can simmer, the better the flavour will be.
- 3- Strain and either store for 3-4 days in the fridge or freeze and use from frozen when needed.
