Serves 2 :
200 g Blueberries    
750 ml Milk
8 ice cubes
150 g Bananas (thinly sliced)
2 Tbsp honey
1Place the milk in the blender add the fruit and ice cubes.
2Blend on the drinks setting for 30 seconds.
Chef’s tip

Great for runners and sports recovery drink. Can make before exercise and pop into the fridge in a sports container ready to go for a gorgeous treat after training.

I found that using the Blender there is no need to pre-slice the banana - just break it up and chuck it in! Lovely!
