I used Green and Blacks 70% chocolate and it was too rich. next time ill try Bourneville or a milk chocolate. The recipe was easy and the texture and look was great.
This was so easy to make, the smooth texture, I added a bit of whipped cream just to finish it off (big cream lover). The finished article and the great taste was just what the family enjoyed.
