4 slices slightly stale farmhouse bread
1 tbsp basil
1 tbsp thyme
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
150 g emmental
1.5 tbsp olive oil

Cut the bread into cubes.
- 4 slices slightly stale farmhouse bread

Place them in an ovenproof dish. Drizzle the olive oil over the bread cubes, and season with salt, pepper, herbs and cheese.

Cook for 10 minutes at 180°C and checking regularly.

Remove from the oven and separate the croutons from one and other.
