for 6 glasses :
½ watermelon
3 tomatoes
1 tsp red wine vinegar
Salt & pepper
1 cucumber
1 bunch mint
3 tbsp olive oil
1Peel the watermelon and cucumber. Wash, destalk and halve the tomatoes.
2Process all the above ingredients in the Smoothiemix (or juicer) starting with the mint, then
the tomatoes.
3Stir in the vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Serve chilled.
