|1||Peel and stone the peaches. Cut into quarters.|
|2||Place all the ingredients in the blender jug, turn the selector to the "smoothie" setting and liquidise for 40 seconds.|
Very luxurious drink. I used a tin of peaches and syrup from the tin in place of the rose syrup. Would make beautiful ice lollys.
I used tinned peaches and greek yoghurt and substituted the rose syrup for peach juice out of the tin. Verry tasty.This could also be frozen into a sorbet.
