Serves 4 :
500 g yoghurts
2 peaches
4 tbsp rose syrup
250 ml milk
2  tbsp caster sugar
1Peel and stone the peaches. Cut into quarters.
2Place all the ingredients in the blender jug, turn the selector to the "smoothie" setting and liquidise for 40 seconds.

Very luxurious drink. I used a tin of peaches and syrup from the tin in place of the rose syrup. Would make beautiful ice lollys.

I used tinned peaches and greek yoghurt and substituted the rose syrup for peach juice out of the tin. Verry tasty.This could also be frozen into a sorbet.
