Serves 2 :
4 ripe apricots
120 ml orange juice
1/2 banana
10 ice cubes
1Wash the apricots and remove the stones. Peel the banana and cut into pieces.
2Place all the ingredients in the blender jug, turn the selector to the "smoothie" setting and liquidise for 30 seconds.
