Serves 2 :
1/2 cucumber
250 g Greek yoghurt
5 mint leaves
salt & pepper
10 pink radishes
2 tbsp fromage frais
5 ice cubes
1Peel the cucumber and cut into large pieces. Wash and halve the radishes.
2Place all the ingredients in the blender jug.
3Turn the selector to the "smoothie" setting and liquidise for 40 seconds. Serve immediately.
