40 ml espresso coffee
12 ice cubes
2 tbsp liquid caramel
300 ml milk
30 g caster sugar
Chantilly cream (optional)
1Place all the ingredients except the Chantilly cream in the blender jug, turn the selector to the "smoothie" setting and blend for 30 seconds.
2Divide between two glasses and top with Chantilly cream.
