for 2 glasses :
1 small cooked beetroot
1 small fennel bulb
1 Granny Smith apple
1Peel the cooked beetroot. Wash the apple and fennel and cut into pieces. Set aside a few fennel
plumes for decoration.
2Put all the ingredients through the juicer, starting with the beetroot. Serve immediately and enjoy.
