Apple tart

for 4 :
1 shortcrust pastry
50 g granulated sugar
3 apples
½ tsp cinnamon
1Make the shortcrust pastry (see recipe).
2Preheat your oven to 180°C / 355°F (gas mark 4)
3Fill the tin with shortcrust pastry. Bake blind* for 20 min.
4Slice apples and arrange them in concentric circlestight. Cook for 30 minutes.
5Sprinkle granulated sugar and cinnamon before serve warm.
